Consensus
Consensus is when a group agrees to focus on a particular topic or go in a particular direction. Implied Consensus suggests that there is a general feeling within the group to go in a particular direction, although there has not been a direct process to facilitate this consensus. Consensus is also a process that happens on a moment-to-moment basis, depending on and according to the feedback of the group.
