In our work with organizations and groups, our best
experiences result from a mixture of coaching, consulting,
training and facilitation. We like to create a schedule
that allows groups to learn the Worldwork methods as
we apply them. Organizations can eventually become self-facilitating
if everyone learns basic skills. Communities of practice
often form organically - groups of individuals within
the organization that are interested in learning and
focusing more on the methodology. We design training
courses of different lengths, intensity and content
according to your needs. They can include facilitation
training, leadership training, and diversity training.
Frequently, we include an on-line course component,
using our state-of-the-art online teaching environment.
